If You Prefer Absinth ala Bohemia/如果您喜歡波希米雅風格的艾碧斯

Introducing... Kong.



Ingredients:
Absinth, cold water, Taiwanese Winter Melon Drink (Dangguide/Dongguacha), ice.

Theory:
Replacing some water and caramelized sugar with Taiwanese Winter Melon drink.

Advantage: Adding the refreshing taste of Winter Melon.

Disadvantage: Like French against Bohemian, it destroyed the purity of Absinth taste.

Naming:
Taiwanese Winter Melon Drink is pronounced as Dongguacha in Mandarin Chinese. Hence Don-sinth => Don't think. "I think, therefore, I am." I don't think, hence I don't exist. Void, or Kong, ala Zen Buddhism.


成份:
艾碧斯、冰水、冰、冬瓜茶。

理論:
用冬瓜茶代替焦糖。

優點:冬瓜茶有焦糖味,但是沒有燒方糖的火氣,更有冬瓜香。

缺點:如法國派反對波希米雅派:破壞了艾碧斯的原味。

命名:
冬瓜茶+Absinth=冬sinth=Don't think
「我思,故我在。」不思便成「空」。
