我在生菜裡找到這條蟲。好處是：證明低農藥殘留；缺點是：可能有寄生蟲。
Hence the best way to eat vegetable is not salad, but slightly cooked in at least boiling water. It is washing rather than cooking.
因此，菜最好別生吃。至少燙一下。就當作是在洗菜吧！
