What (the heck) is Dropbox?
Dropbox is a "free" service that synchronizes a directory on each configured computers to a cloud on the Internet. You pay only if you requires more space than 2GB on the net.

If you configure all your computers with Dropbox, then it automatically synchronizes a directory of your choice. Version is a geek lingo for the ability of turning back in time. ie. Undo whatever you have just done to your file(s), and get an ancient copy of it, including undelete. As long as you have Internet access, you do not need to run around with that freaking unreliable memory key any more. You may also share specific directories with specific individuals.
