The source mentioned "conservation of energy." After seeing this clip, my first thought was: shouldn't it be "conservation of mass" instead? As a second thought, since E=M*C^2 "conservation of energy is more precise."

This is why nuclear weapons are so powerful. During nuclear reactions, a little mass is transformed into energy.

圖源提到「能量守恆定律」。一開始覺得:不是「質量守恆定律」嗎?後來仔細一想:既然 E=M*C^2,質量、能量可以互換,因此,說是「能量守恆定律」其實比較準確。

核子彈的威力會那麼強大的原因就是在核子反應時,有一點點質量會轉變成能源。
