雖然不貴，但高貴。看到廚師不但都戴口罩，還都確實地將口罩包覆到鼻樑上。
I am impressed on the way they wear masks. I had been being pissed by some so called five star restaurant chefs wearing masks under their chins.
很多五星飯店的廚師都露出鼻孔，有的甚至將口罩戴在下巴上。這點宏品給我印象超好。
廚師們很用心，也會注意客人的反應。跟高價鐵板燒比起來，缺的只是表演花招。
Chefs are very professional. They also pay close attention to customers' reaction. Compared with over priced counter part, the only thing missing here is the show.
撇步：有些特價套餐沒寫在牆上，可能要詢問一下。
Hint: Some of the special combos are not listed on the wall. Talk to the staffs.
不同意見書：雖然零北很滿意，但零北的朋友覺得她的松板豬不夠熟。
