零北沒有敗他們的產品，是買行車記錄器的贈品。才4G，不大不小的雞肋，壞了也不在乎。修不修就隨便了。抱著死馬當活馬醫的態度聯絡十銓科技。氣質女士說只要把記憶卡寄回去就可以了。零北就隨便拿個破信封用平信寄，反正要是寄丟了也就算了。結果沒幾天就收到掛號回信。除了全新的記憶卡外，還很人性地附上封道歉信，並為他們的產品造成『使用上的不便』而致歉，甚至還附上30元的郵票。給足了客戶的面子跟裡子，將零北伺候得服服貼貼。龍心大悅之餘，當然要上網分享、放送一番。日後零北有機會肯定會優先考慮他家的產品。
I did not even purchased their product, per se. Their 4G memory card was bundled with my bike cam. Its size is insignificant. I did not quite care if it became a goner. Nonetheless, I still gave Team Group a call. The lady answering the phone instructed me to send back the product. I did not even bother to send it via registered mail. The postage costed me only NT$5. I do not remember it exactly, but I got the brand new replacement back within 5 days. In addition, there is a letter apologizing for my "inconvenience caused by their product." For icing on the cake, there is NT$30 worth of stamps. I am impressed by all their gestures on how they value their customers to a degree that I feel I am being spoiled.
There is a NT$5 stamp behind the NT$25 one/25元郵票後面還有張5元的。
