Relatively generous portion and authentic fillings. Chewy bread. As good as what is available in Vietnam. The reason this place not getting the top rating is only because of its location. To pay the proper respect to Vietnamese sandwich, you are suppose to pilgrim to Vietnam. This is as good as you can get in Kaohsiung.

說是麵包，其實是三明治。相對豐富的內餡，純正的口味。老闆娘號稱她們的麵包是小叔的麵包店自製的，用的是德國麵粉。相較於其他法式麵包，更有咬勁。沒給她評爲「朝聖」的原因只因爲地點。要認真較勁，就該跑趟越南。在打狗，這已經是一流的了。

熱情的老闆娘，跟她的麵包一般有勁。

Worry not. The red chilly pepper is only for adding colour to this picture. Nonetheless, a spicy sandwich is indeed an option./別被辣椒給嚇著了。老闆娘堅持爲畫面增色。但是麵包真的可以加辣，只是沒這麼誇張。
