The refreshing aroma from their veggies is definitely a head turner. They claim no MSG. Before visiting this place, I did not know the existence of Vietnamese fried pork feet pho nor marinated beef one. One of the three ladies running the place is a Chinese Vietnamese. Her parents came from Yunnan province of China, and migrated all the way to Ho Chi Minh City. Come early. Seating is exteremely limited.
來自他們脆青蔬菜的清香引起我的注意，而我是個肉食主義者。她們號稱不用味精。很有特色。來這裡之前，我不知道越南還有炸豬腳河粉跟紅燒牛腩河粉。紅燒牛腩河粉有臺灣牛肉麵的影子。三位越南女士之一是華人。她父母來自中國南方的雲南，一路搬到胡志明市。來店請早。座位超有限。
